  • In the structure of the lithium battery, separator is one of the key component. The properties of the separator determines of interface structure, resistance of battery, directly influencing the capacitance, circulation, safety and other properties. High performance separator is very important to improve the comprehensive performance of the lithium battery.
     
  • GELLEC Separator is made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) via wet process. It owns several advantages over other conventional dry-process separators: high mechanical strength and puncture strength, more evenly distributed pores, excellent air permeability and ionic conductivity, low shut-down temperature and thermal shrinkage. UHMWPE Li-ion battery separator can be widely used in various applications, such as electric vehicles(EVs) and 3C electronics and so on. Our separator has such good performance that many Li-ion battery manufacturers adopt our product in battery production. Client's customization is acceptable based on the following parameters for reference:
