Our company is one of the drafting units of national standards of “Li-ion Battery Polyolefin Separator”; it is an executive director unit of strategic alliance of technology innovation of ultra-high new material industry; it is a unit supported by strategic emerging industry special funds of Hebei Province; it is also a key project supported by special funds for high-safety heat-resistant power battery separator of national 12th five-year plan; it’s industrialization of new material R&D got the first overall score in evaluation on 50 separator manufacturers across the country; it has passed enterprise review based on “Li-ion Battery Industry Norms” issued by National Ministry of Industry and Information(the only enterprise in domestic separator industry); it is a key project of Hebei Province in 2018.
Our company plans to invest totally 4 billion RMB in building 18 separator film production lines with planned annual capacity of 2 billion square meters of li-ion battery separator as well as coated separator, including south&north factories in Hebei Province, East China base and South China base. The south factory in Hebei Province owns 3 already-built separator film production lines with annual capacity of 140 million square meters of separator film, among which the whole NO.3 production line adopts imported equipments with single-line annual capacity of 100 million square meters, being the only single line with maximum capacity across the country. In north factory of Hebei, 7 separator film production lines are under construction, with annual capacity of 860 million square meters of separator film, and will be successively put into operation in 2018 and 2019. In East China base and South China base, 8 separator film production lines are under construction, with annual capacity of 1000 million square meters, and will be put into production successively in 2020 and 2021 as planned.
