GELLEC High Porosity Base Separator is made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) via wet process. It owns several advantages over other conventional dry-process separators: high mechanical strength and puncture strength, more evenly distributed pores, excellent air permeability and ionic conductivity, low shut-down temperature and thermal shrinkage, low internal resistance and good electrolyte absorption. UHMWPE Li-ion battery separator can be widely used in various applications, such as high discharge rate power battery and fast charge&discharge batteries and so on. With such good electro-chemical stability , many Li-ion battery manufacturers in China adopt our product in battery production. Client's customization is acceptable based on the following parameters for reference:
