Product Description
GELLEC Universal Base Separator is made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) via wet process. It owns several advantages over other conventional dry-process separators: high mechanical strength and puncture strength, more evenly distributed pores, excellent air permeability and ionic conductivity, low shut-down temperature and thermal shrinkage. UHMWPE Li-ion battery separator can be widely used in various applications, such as electric vehicles(EVs) and 3C electronics and so on. Our separator has such good performance that many Li-ion battery manufacturers adopt our product in battery production. Client's customization is acceptable based on the following parameters for reference:
5≤Thickness≤25um, 35%≤Porosity≤55%, 100s/100ml≤Permeability≤400s/100ml, 3.0N≤Puncture Strength≤10.0N
